⛅ Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather

If your fishing charter is canceled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your trip at no additional charge. ✅
Your safety is our top priority, and we will make every effort to accommodate you on another day.

📅 Cancellations by the Customer

  • Notice of 3 hours or more before departure: Receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee 💵

  • Less than 3 hours notice: ❌ No refund will be provided. Please plan accordingly.

🚫 No-Show

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued. ⏰ Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled trip.

🔄 Rebooking and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your trip, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A rebooking fee may apply.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. ⏳ Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

🛶  Gear Rental Policy

Thank you for renting with Dominion SVG! To ensure a safe and smooth experience, all renters must follow these rules. By renting gear, you agree to the terms below.

⏰ Rental Period

  • Hourly Rentals: Start at pickup and end at the agreed return time.
    ⏳ Late returns incur additional hourly charges.

  • Daily Rentals: Due back by closing time on the agreed day.
    ⏱️ Late returns incur a full day’s rental fee per day overdue.

💵 Payment & Reservation

  • Full payment required at booking.

  • Rentals are non-refundable once booked.

  • Hourly rentals not claimed within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup = no-show, payment forfeited.

🛡 Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit may be required for some gear.

  • Deposit held until gear is returned in the same condition.

  • Damaged or missing gear = cost deducted from deposit.

⚠️ Responsibility & Liability

  • Renters are responsible for care and safe use of all gear.

  • Dominion SVG is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage from misuse.

  • Gear cannot be transferred or sub-rented.

⌛ Late Returns & Fees

  • All gear must be returned on time.

  • Late fees: $50/hour for hourly rentals; full-day rate for daily rentals.

  • Non-returned gear = full replacement cost charged to renter.

🔧 Damage & Loss

  • Gear is inspected before rental.

  • Renters pay for any damage or missing parts.

  • Repeated damage may result in refusal of future rentals.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show

  • Rentals are non-refundable.

  • No-shows = full forfeiture of rental fees.

  • Rescheduling is at Dominion SVG’s discretion and may require a new payment.

🦺 Safety & Usage

  • Follow all safety instructions provided at pickup.

  • Reckless or unsafe use = immediate termination of rental without refund.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Forfeiture of deposit

  • Additional charges

  • Refusal of future service
