Weather and Trip Changes

Caribbean weather can change quickly. Dominion may change, delay, reschedule, or cancel a trip when weather or sea conditions could make the trip unsafe. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you as soon as possible and explain the available options.

Safety and Conduct

• Follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
• Life jackets must be worn as directed. No vest = no ride.
• No riders under 5 years old. No snorkelers or divers under 12 years old.
• No alcohol or drugs while entering the water or participating in tow-riding activities.
• Do not dive or jump from the boat, swim outside the marked area, or touch coral or marine life.
• Do not photograph or record another guest without that guest's permission.
• Unsafe, abusive, or reckless behavior may end the trip immediately. The boat may return to port and the appropriate authorities may be contacted if necessary.

Waiver and Release

I understand that boating, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, water scooters, tow riding, and related activities involve risks, including slips, falls, drowning, boat movement, changing weather, equipment failure, injury, and other unforeseen events. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Dominion Fishing & Charter Company, its owners, employees, captains, crew, contractors, and agents from claims arising from my participation, except where such release is not legally permitted. If I sign for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept responsibility for that minor. In an emergency, I authorize necessary medical treatment and understand that I am responsible for related medical costs. This agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
