Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather
If your fishing charter is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your trip for a later date at no additional charge. The safety of our guests is our top priority, and we will make every effort to accommodate you on another day. -
Cancellations by the Customer
- Notice of 3 hours or more before departure: If you cancel your booking 3 hours or more before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 hours notice: If you cancel within 3 hours of the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided.

No-Show
In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled trip. -
Rebooking and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your trip due to personal reasons, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. A rebooking fee may apply in some cases. -
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
