Welcome aboard! At Dominion, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We strive to create an enjoyable and secure environment for everyone on board.

Safety First

If at any time a staff member perceives that the actions of a guest compromise the safety of others or the crew, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the ride—be it private or public. In such cases, we will promptly return to port, and if necessary, contact the appropriate authorities.

Respecting Privacy

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful when capturing photos or videos. Please refrain from photographing or recording fellow guests without their explicit consent, as some individuals may prefer not to be included in media. This consideration helps maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere for all.

Communication and Courtesy

We encourage open and respectful communication among guests. Should any concerns arise during your time with us, please feel free to address them directly or seek assistance from our staff.

🪧 General Boat Rules

  1. All Guest Must Wear a Life Jacket at All Times
  • No vest = no ride
  • No Riders under the age of 5 yrs old

🪧 Snorkeling/ Water Scooter Diving – No snorkelers/ Divers under the age of 12yrs.

  1. Snorkeling Safety Briefing Required Before Entering Water
     ✔️ All participants must be attentive during the safety briefing. No exceptions.
  2. Stay Within the Marked Snorkeling Zone
     🚩 Do not swim beyond boundaries or toward other boats.
  3. No Diving or Jumping from the Boat
     ⛔ Use the designated ladder or platform only.
  4. Keep Hands Off Coral and Marine Life
     🐠 Look, don’t touch. Preserve the reef.
  5. Snorkeling Time Limit: 20 Minutes Per Session
     ⏱️ Follow crew instructions for reboarding.
  6. Signal Crew Immediately If You Need Help
     🙋 Use hand signals and stay calm.
  7. No Entry into Water if Under the Influence
     🚫 No alcohol or drugs prior to snorkeling.

🪧 Tow Riding

    1.  Hold On Tight — Let Go if You Fall
       ✋ Remember your hand signals
       👤👤 Follow crew instructions at all times.
       🚦 Always remember… Safety first.
    2. Stay Seated or in Proper Position During Ride
       🪑 No standing or reckless movement.
    3. No Tow Riding After Consuming Alcohol
       🍺 = ❌
    4. Do Not Attempt Tricks or Stunts
      ⚠️ This can be harmful to crew and other riders.
  • Children Must Meet Age Requirements
    1. Guardian must be present at all times
    2. No tow riders under the age of 5.
    3. No exceptions for safety reasons.
